Regular boiler servicing is essential for keeping your system running safely and efficiently. In fact, most manufacturers will only honour their warranties if the boiler is serviced annually.
At Nebula Heating, all services are carried out by fully qualified and highly experienced heating engineers. We follow strict manufacturer and legal safety guidelines on every visit.
Your boiler will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected, with digital flue readings taken to check carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels. We’ll also top up your heating system and check the pressure in any expansion vessels to ensure everything is running as it should.

We will carry out a full safety inspection of all gas appliances in your property.
Including gas rate checks and a tightness test to ensure there are no leaks.
Once the checks are complete, we’ll issue you with a Gas Safety Certificate, as required by law for all rental properties.
